PRDnationwide was established in 1976 with the establishment of PRD Realty on the Gold Coast. It has since grown to more than 140 offices throughout Australia with affiliate offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta. We have corporate offices in Brisbane, Surfers Paradise, Sydney and Melbourne employing approximately 200 people. An additional 1500 people are employed throughout the PRDnationwide franchise network.

The company’s expertise has been recognised many times over the years and more recently the company won the coveted Jaguar Award for International Project Marketing. In recent years the group has added to its’ network through the acquisition of Nationwide Realty and Asset Realty, which are both located in the Sydney market. This has given us a significant presence in this market.

In October 2002 PRDnationwide acquired 50% interest in Washington Land Marketing. This provides a level of expertise that adds to the overall project marketing skills of PRDnationwide.

This business provides a large exposure to the Brisbane and Gold Coast markets and through our Sydney and Melbourne offices can provide a similar level of expertise. It also has a high level of expertise in Master Planned Communities.
