Sorry did get back straight away but would like to say thanks again for all your help in the purchase off Dillon Road. being on the other side off the country (Perth) anything could have gone wrong, but with your help and you recommending the build inspection company and settlement /conveyancing company, we were surprised all went smooth .
Also you  doing the final inspection with videos on our behalf was great
 help us to  arrange the renting back by the owner was fantastic .

In late May 2019 we were recommended Grant  Rapley by friends who have dealt with him when they purchased a home at Agnes Water. We contacted Grant prior to coming to Agnes Water to view some homes within our price range. We drove 9 hrs to Agnes Water and met at the PRD office and Grant took us on a tour of the town and we viewed 3 homes-deciding on the first home to purchase-236 Streeter Drive. Grant was so friendly and full of knowledge about the area. He promoted the virtues of living/holidaying in such a wonderful town such as Agnes Water. Grant searched tirelessly for months for us as we changed our minds from house to land and then finally to a house with land.
