James was excellent as a "real person" and not just another Real Estate Agent?
From my very first email enquiry that night, he replied early the next morning... and sent me photos from the deck, that same afternoon!!
James has always keep me informed of the situation, and of course also with the vendors, as the
changes occurred with me trying to Sell my house, and purchase this Property in Agnes Water
And then was in contact with me, all throughout this rather long Property Settlement...

PS, the only reason that I didn't give you the 5 stars (on knowledge & negotiation) is because I'm from the "old school" where it's good to leave some "room for improvement" to keep you focused, and always working at it?!! Hahaha...

James did a great job selling our property, it was hard to find the right potential buyers but we formed a plan which found the right new owners that would appreciate what we built.

We travelled to Agnes Water for a long weekend over Easter with an intent to review the properties / land available and purchase if we found something we loved. James was in regular communication from the first contact some weeks before we travelled. Noting it was Easter we expected to manage around a couple of hours with him on one day, however James made himself available all weekend and was pretty much at our ‘beck and call’.
