About Jason

From the moment he entered the Real Estate industry, Jason Behringer harboured a burning ambition to reach the pinnacle of his profession. Opening PRD Panania in 2002, he has paved the way for an exceptional record of success that has eclipsed competitors and established Jason as one of Sydney’s most dynamic agents.

Valuing client satisfaction above all else has driven his ‘royal treatment’ approach to service throughout every step of the sales and marketing process. Sheer tenacity teamed with finely honed negotiation skills and a reputation for transparent communication, backed by intimate knowledge of the local region has shaped a consistently smooth transaction experience and optimum sales outcomes!

Jason has over 40 years’ experience within the local area, and is recognised within the greater community for consistently going above and beyond the norm of Real Estate agents to deliver the best possible results for his clients. He started off his career in Real Estate, working for the Department of Housing for 8 years, before starting a career in Sales with Terry Pfeiffer. Jason currently has over 20 years’ experience in both Sales and Property Management.

As a licensed Real Estate agent, Jason continues to update his professional qualifications by regularly attending the Real Estate Institute and seminars. This keeps him up to date with current real estate trends, sales, and investment management.

He has also sold property on behalf of numerous multi-national corporations and Government Departments, including Defence Housing and the Public Trustee.
