After completing a Bachelors Degree in Commerce, majoring in International Business and Commercial Law at the University of Auckland, Aaron became interested in property while working for an interior design and renovations firm in Auckland.

Aaron previously comes from a management and analysis role, bringing a keen eye for statistical analysis and drive for innovation providing PRDnationwide with a unique strategic advantage.

Dan O'Halloran has held the position of Sunshine Coast Research Analyst since late 2008 after completing a Bachelor of Business in 2007. Among regular Property Watch reports and specialised unit and development report, Dan has developed recently published Sunshine Coast Annual Property Research Report.
