About Me

Tim's family first invested in the area in 1986, and following numerous years of holidaying in the region, they moved to Agnes / 1770 in 1993. Tim attended school in the area, and following operating a successful diving and tourism venture in the region, he began working in the Real Estate Industry in 2005.

Tim has a passion for working with and assisting people, and he has combined his knowledge of the area, marketing skills and local property knowledge to become one of the leading agents in the region. Tim is a multiple Platinum & Gold Award Winner at PRD, and has also regularly ranked in the top 5 performing Principals in Australia.

Backed up by a dynamic sales & property management team, and the support of his business partner James White, they have recently been awarded the Most Improved Office in Australia and the Top 8 Ranked Office for Sales Performance out of all PRDnationwide offices. Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his young family, scuba diving, fishing, surfing and enjoying the great Agnes Water lifestyle! Good work Tim

Tim was incredibly helpful, especially considering how far away we were during the sale, he managed to get information for me from the vendor that the solicitor failed to provide on time. Without Tim's help I wouldn't have been able to go unconditional or settle on time. Tim was also concise when we were carrying out inspections, enough information but not crammed down our throats. I appreciated that aspect.

We reluctantly sold two blocks in Agnes Water due to family health problems. Tim was very sensitive in his dealings and successfully sold both blocks. Agnes Water is a real gem and we wish anyone lucky enough to buy into the real estate market there the best of luck.
