How To Pay Rent
Direct Debits are ONLY processed on a Friday either weekly or fortnightly (whichever is preferable for you). To commence paying your rent via direct debit you will need to fill out the following 'Direct Debit Request Form'. Filling out this form will enable us to process your payment for you. Paying via this method will only incur a fee if your payment is dishonored, in this instance you will receive a fee from your financial institution and we will also pass on the dishonor fee that we receive from National Australia Bank in relation to unprocessed payment.
3 Strikes you're OUT
If we receive 3 dishonor notices in relation to your Direct Debit then you will be cancelled off of the system and asked to set up an alternative method of payment.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY CHANGES TO YOUR RENT AMOUNT OR PAYMENTS YOU ARE WISHING TO SUSPEND OR CANCEL NEED TO BE IN WRITING, VERBAL NOTIFICATION IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. NOTIFICATION OF ANY CHANGE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED ON A FRIDAY IF YOU ARE DUE TO PAY THAT DAY, NOTIFICATION MUST BE RECEIVED ON THURSDAYS.
This is arranged via you through your own online internet banking site. All tenants using this method of payment are required to use a reference when making a rental payment. Any transaction that does not include a reference is unable to be receipted. We ask that you include in your reference your last name AS WELL AS part of your rental address, this is to ensure that someone else with the same last name does not have your rent money receipted as theirs.

These cards allow you to pay your rent via BPay.
This is an electronic bill payment service. The tenant simply uses their financial institutions Telephone or Internet Banking facilities to make the payment. Tenant should seek instructions from their financial institutions on how to make a payment using BPay.
Payments made before 6.00pm AEST on a banking day will be credited to the Agent's nominated account overnight, providing it is a NAB account. Non NAB accounts will experience a delay of at least one banking day. Bpay cut off times can vary from one financial institution to another. Payments made on the weekends will be processed on Monday night and settled and visible in PRDnationwide account on Tuesday. In the event that Monday falls on a public holiday, the payment will be processed on the next banking day. When making payment you must ensure that you have typed in the full RentCard number otherwise your payment will not be processed.
Please note: There are No known fees in relation to this method of payment, however we strongly recommend that you speak with your financial institution. There is a replacement card fee that is charged to the tenant if the card is lost, damaged or not returned during or at the end of the tenancy. A replacement card is $35.00.
Just like a set of keys, this card remains the property of PRDnationwide and MUST be returned at the end of your tenancy. Any card not returned at the end of your tenancy will result in the replacement card fee being taken from your rental bond amount.
