Tony, together with Mark Johnston founded PRDnationwide Hobart in 1996. He commenced his real estate career four years earlier ( in 1992) following a very successful career spanning 16 years at the AMP Society where he worked in its Investment and Property Department and Corporate Training areas. Tony spent 2 years in Sydney building AMP’s Share computer system and managing more than 35,000 mortgage loans across Australia and New Zealand. The experience he gained from this work prepared the foundations for a long, wonderful and rewarding career in real estate.
Today PRDnationwide Hobart is one of Tasmania’s most dynamic and progressive real estate offices, and this success was largely the result of Tony and Mark and their team’s drive to provide a business whose service and results exceed the expectations of its clients.
Tony is an outstanding salesperson whose sole focus is to achieve the very best positive outcome for his clients. Very few people have his sales knowledge or experience. In addition to listing and selling property, Tony oversees the management of our 3 offices and has been President of the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania for the past 5 years. He is frequently sought by the media and other institutions to comment on the real estate market; its trends and local issues.
Outside of work Tony enjoys spending time at home in the garden, walking with his dog, and entertaining his grandchildren. He has developed a passion for travel and portraying his adventures in picture books. A proud member of The Sydney Swans and has an interest in most sports.
Tony welcomes an opportunity to help you with the sale of your property.
