Peter achieved a very good result for us through his effective negotiation skills, and his excellent interpersonal skills. This was most evident when it came to the point of offer and acceptance; Peter managed to bring both parties to a mutually successful agreement with a minimum of stress.

As executors of the estate of a much loved aunt, Ms. MacKenzie and Alan Croker were obliged in late 2016 to appoint a real estate agent to market and sell her home in Kenmore as part of the provisions of her will.

Enquiries including a questionnaire were issued to five agents in the Kenmore district.

The objects being to obtain a "free" written valuation (for audit reasons) of the property from all of them and, subject to suitable submission not relying exclusively on price, appoint one of those agents as sole agent for the property sale.

The submission from PRD Nationwide's Mr. Newing was the only submission received that was complete as requested.

Subsequent negotiations with PRD and another included acknowledgement their quote scope must take into account that:

1. both Executors lived remotely and to be regularly notified of all interest in the property,

2. that the property was to be kept in good order and condition at all times including notification and suggested remedy for any found maintenance issues at the propertyduring the sales period,

3. the offer and acceptance process be strictly in accordance with relevant legislation for offers received and consequent management of same.

The property sale has been successfully completed and Mr. Newing kept us regularly well informed of all relevant matters pertinent to the property, marketing and sale of the home.

We are completely satisfied with the service PRD Nationwide Kenmore and Mr. Newing in particular have provided.
