2018 Awards Season

Our entire team recently went to the PRDnationwide Gala Awards in Brisbane, and we had a spectacular time!

We are very proud of our principal Robert Horder for winning a coveted Gold Sales Award for the second year in a row, placing him with some of the most elite sales agents in Australia!

In other awards news, we are pleased to announce that we won Agency of the Year award for Kyogle via the RateMyAgent website. We are thrilled to be considered the most trusted agency in Kyogle for the last two years and will keep reaching for the stars in years to come.

How Old Is Your Hot Water System?

With Autumn officially here and cooler weather fast approaching, it is worth mentioning that many older hot water systems can be tipped over the edge with the first cold snap. Signs of imminent breakdown can include leaking or decreased efficiency, but some systems can fail without any notice. Depending on the brand and type most systems last about 8-12 years, so if yours is older than this, it is worth budgeting for any unexpected breakdown as hot water is definitely considered a necessary service and any failures need fixed immediately.

Are Council Rates Driving You Mad?

Did you know that as part of our property management service, we can pay your council rates on your behalf, then pass on any water charges (if relevant) to the tenant for reimbursement?

Many of our landlords take advantage of this service, and it’s just one of the many ways we like to take the stress out of owning an investment property.

If you would like us to pay your council rates, contact your relevant council and ask them to forward all rates directly to our office (PO Box 769 Kyogle) and we will handle the rest!
