were seeking a new Strata
Management Company to manage a large
site. A site that had
a large BMC, changing hands
twice in a short period, and
complex with $1.5 million in building
faults. Very luckily, we chose PRD Norwest with Rob Bartlett as our Strata Manager. So why were we lucky?
Accessibility: All phone calls, emails & SMS's are answered promptly. Messages are returned;
Knowledge: Together with Rob, we have dealt all the activity associated with the resolution of serious building faults, associated NCAT hearings with the builder and resolution of differences between the SP & BMC. Rob's knowledge and manner has made this path much easier. Ask Rob for a solution and he has the correct answer - if it is a technical situation he will seek further advice and get back with a response;
Conciliatory: All general meeting with Owners are run efficiently, but, in a manner, that the owners are given good advice and the matters get resolved with good decisions being made;
Availability: With a large site, there are always issues to be resolved. Rob and I meet on a regular basis with a committee member and the Building Manager.
I have absolutely no problem recommending Rob Bartlett and PRD Norwest to anyone seeking the services of a Strata Manager. We have been exceptionally grateful for the guidance and assistance we have received over the past two and a half years.
