Buninyong Property Market Update 2nd Half of 2020

In Q3 2020, the Buninyong area recorded a median house price of $623,000. This represents annual (Q3 2019 – Q3 2020) median house price growth of 6.3%. Between Q3 2019 – Q3 2020 sales declined by -53.8% for houses (to 6 sales), however this is potentially due to low levels of stock on the market and/or COVID-19 conditions.
