This represented an annual price growth of 4.2% for houses and -17.0% for units. Compared to Wagga Wagga 1st Half 2018 Research Factsheet, which reported an annual (Q1 2018 – Q3 2018) median price change of 5.6% (house) and 1.1% (units), houses in Wagga Wagga have strengthened in value whereas units have become more affordable.
