About Me

Julie Giddings is the Principal here at PRDnationwide Tumbarumba. She is a licensed agent with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Julie kick started her successful career in real estate in 1996. Her journey started in a Stock & Station Agency in Gundagai, where she worked as a property manager and later moved into sales.

In 2004, Julie, with her late husband Mark, moved to Tumbarumba and opened the PRDnationwide office in April. With Mike Kingwell as her business partner they grew the Tumbarumba office into a reputable and outstanding business.

Julie’s passion for real estate really shows in her day to day workings with both clients and her staff. She is dedicated and motivated to ensuring she can provide for both clients and staff.

Her knowledge of the local community is extensive and valuable. Her active role in the community is outstanding. Julie was elected as a councillor for the former Tumbarumba Shire and as a LRC member of the Snowy Valleys Council. She has been an active member of Rotary for over 12 years; she is also a Tumbafest committee member, local Chamber of Commerce member and is the Director of Tumbarumba Financial Services which operates the local Bendigo Bank.

Growing up in rural Australia Julie has gained the knowledge and expertise to match buyers to properties and her selling ability is exceptional. Her diligent work attitude ensures her client’s needs are heard and will ensure she finds your ideal property.
