In 2002 Orla Jensen joined the PRD Network and established the PRD Ashmore franchise. Andrew Turner and Orla Jensen have been friends and then business partners creating a great business partnership founded on trust and integrity. They both are well accredited on hundreds of millions of dollars of real-estate. Collectively they have a wide range of sales under their belt including residential, commercial, industrial and business sales as well as developments.
Our office Principals are easily identified by creating a family style business environment. Long hours are essential to a real-estate week. Our real-estate team spends more time together than our own families. Thus, we try to make our work environment as relaxed and fun throughout a hard-working week.
At PRD Ashmore we believe in building healthy relationships with our clients whether you’re selling, buying or renting. Our franchise network has a strong understanding of the local market, extensive knowledge of what buyers and vendors need and a passion to see communities that we operate in flourish and when fostering our Sell Smarter attitude.

Working at PRD Ashmore is like working with family, everyone genuinely cares for each other, chips in to help one another when needed and works together professionally to give the best service possible to our clients/customers. It’s a very professional office where the Principal & Director ensure all employees are properly and constantly trained in current legislation so we are ‘ahead of the rest’ in our industry. There is always consistent support given from the bosses as well as the well-structured roles of each employee so everyone knows what they have to do which makes for a well-run office and positive results with customers and clients.
The best thing about working at PRD Ashmore is the family like relationships all the staff have with each other. We all spend 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday every single week working, yet we all make the most of our time and there is never a dull moment. Everyone is so comfortable in being themselves and we support each other when needed, whether it be personal or work related. Out of everything, PRD Ashmore has a vibrant and positive working environment which makes coming to work enjoyable.
