Getting to know the team, it has been lovely to see the healthy, happy and helpful culture within their team - all the staff have been a pleasure to deal with. I know I am always looked after, regardless of what the situation might be; selling a home, valuations, finding GOOD new tenants (not just any tenants), and dealing with difficult tenants. About 2 years ago I inquired about a valuation of my house on realestate.com. Kate was the first one to get in contact with me and was able to provide a quick turnaround on an estimation. Since then I have decided to move out of my house and rent it. I then had the pleasure of dealing with Samara who has been very easy to work with and has made the process of renting my house out very simple for me. There was a time pressure with finding a place to live in the Gold Coast and getting a tenant in. Samara was flexible with my timeline and we were able to make moving out and getting a tenant in within a very small timeframe. I am so thankful the moving out process and getting my place tenanted was so smooth, took a lot of weight off my shoulders.
