Sammy has been in the industry since 2017 and is extremely well-versed, knowledgeable, professional and has a strong expertise for real estate.
Since taking on the role as Senior Property Manager she has already shown her commitment and determination and that she is a true asset to our team.
As a Senior Property Manager, Sammy arranges and maintains lease renewals, conducts entry, and exit reports as well as routine inspections, she attends to maintenance requests and manages work orders and works closely with landlords and tenants.
She has a strong relationship with her clients and is extremely hardworking.
