From the moment she joined PRD Ashmore, Stephanie embraced the challenges and opportunities within the real estate industry and has since become a key figure in our team.
As a Senior Property Manager, Stephanie works closely with landlords and tenants, expertly handling lease renewals, negotiating, and mediating when necessary. She remains up-to-date with market trends to ensure landlords achieve the highest possible return on their investments. She also stays up to date with legislation while diligently overseeing bond funds and managing invoicing and accounts.
Stephanie is a meticulous and dedicated member of our team, known for her hard work and enthusiasm. Despite a busy workload, she consistently ensures that no task is left unfinished. Her colleagues describe her as caring, outgoing, and full of humor, always ready with a quick-witted comeback that keeps the office atmosphere lively.
