About Stephanie:
Stephanie has been a part of the PRD Ashmore team since 2009. Coming from the retail industry, Steph always knew she enjoyed interacting with the public but also wanted a new challenge that included her growing interest in property. She was given the opportunity to start a new career with PRD Ashmore and fell in love with the real-estate industry and has never looked back.
She enjoys watching the market value of properties grow and change whether it be in rentals or sales. Steph loves being able to see all kinds of properties inside and out and seeing the renovation process take place in older styled homes.
Steph is a Senior Property Manager, working closely with Landlord and Tenants in lease renewals, negotiating and mediating where required & keeping up to date with current market values to ensure the landlords are receiving the highest return possible for their investment. She also completes the advertising/marketing of rental properties online, monitors bond monies held and invoicing/accounts.
Outside of work Steph is 100% invested in her family and uses the weekends to spend quality time with them. Whether its complete mini upgrades to her investment property or just being out and about with her family, walking the dogs, or enjoying the gold coast environment!

With Steph having very particular duties, it is evident how important her role with PRD is. Being in her position for some time, she is very good at what she does. Having Fridays off to be a Mum – her absence in the office is very noticeable. She is highly valued and is a very important part of our team.
