Andrew Austin

Andrew brings a client-first mindset to his role as an Investment Property Specialist at PRD Bendigo. Having grown up in Bendigo, he draws on deep community roots and a background in product management and stakeholder engagement across financial services, including roles at Betashares, Bendigo and Adelaide Bank and Sandhurst Trustees.

Before PRD Bendigo, Andrew helped lead product development and process improvements in superannuation at Betashares and Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, while at Sandhurst Trustees he specialised in the management of deceased estate properties, ensuring sensitive, efficient handling of assets and transitions. This expertise in legislative compliance, cross-team collaboration (legal, risk, operations) uniquely positions him in real estate, guiding landlords through onboarding, property management and growth opportunities in Bendigo's thriving market.

Andrew prioritises connection, clarity and proactive service, whether forging relationships with professional services, analysing local trends, or streamlining transactions. Transparent, warm and grounded in best practice, he fosters long-term success.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys visiting local wineries and towns around Central Victoria and is also on the Board of the Strathfieldsaye & District Community Enterprise.
