I transferred property management to PRD a year ago. I had received ineffective service delivery from a local agent. I chose PRD based on the impact of an initial engagement I had with Sharon during a routine enquiry of services in the area. Sharon was highly responsive, competent, acknowledged my specific servicing needs and responded accordingly. I have maintained management with PRD due to the continued performance from Sharon and her supporting staff. Importantly, when there have been difficulties with tenancy or periods of transition, Sharon has been balanced and considered in her responses to balance both the tenant and my interests as the owner - a difficult area in the current fluidity in rental management policy and the challenging economic climate.

Sharon Tutt-Lyons (PRD Bungendore) has managed our investment property for over 6 months and co-ordinated all aspects of the tenancy, including handover inspection, marketing and open house events and signing of a tenant for our newly purchased property. Sharon, had a vetted tenant signed up within 3 days of the property coming available for lease. The handover inspection was extremely thorough and well documented, with supporting photographs, which will protect both the Tenant and Landlord should any future dispute arise. Sharon Tutt-Lyons is an efficient, conscientious property manager who makes being an investment property owner just so easy! Sharon was really helpful from the beginning. We relocated from Mackay QLD to Bungendore NSW and with not much in the way of rentals we were calling the office everyday, once we found out we were moving.
