With 10 years’ experience in the Hospitality industry Anissa first joined the property management team as Property Management Administrator and was presented with the offer to manage her own portfolio not long after. Naturally she jumped at this opportunity.

Proving herself to be an outstanding Property Manager with exceptional attention to detail and care for both property owners and tenants, she progressed to the position of Senior Property Manager.

Anissa sets very high standards when it comes to customer care and from experience in her role as Office Manager and being a landlord herself, she knows the importance that good communication plays between Property Manager, landlord and tenant.

She is a highly organised, dedicated, and loyal worker with strong administrative skills and has a reputation for “getting the job done without delay”. With a proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with her clients, she is an invaluable asset to the team.

Being fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, she is able to use her skills and knowledge to enhance her clients' real estate experience.
