Fresh but familiar: PRD Coffs Harbour welcomes new owners

After 35 years of helping the people of Coffs Harbour buy, sell and rent homes, PRD Coffs Harbour begins a new chapter – one that stays very much in the family.

Our long-time franchise owners, Damien and Kaye Campbell, are retiring to enjoy the fruits of their hard work and handing the keys to their son, Sean, and his wife, Stephanie.

Sean has deep roots in real estate as a third-generation professional in the Coffs region and has spent the last 16 years working in the business. He knows the market, the community and the people, and is ready to take the reins and help the business grow.

Steph brings her own wealth of experience, having spent 22 years with NSW Health as a registered nurse, midwife and health leader.

An experienced team for a new era

Steph’s skills in leadership and managing complex and diverse teams, and her passion for helping others succeed and delivering exceptional service, will stand her in good stead as she steps into the role of Operations Manager.

Also joining the team is Kellie, our new property manager with 27 years of experience working in the Noosa market. She has recently moved to Coffs to be closer to family and brings experience, knowledge – and fun.

Our core team remains, with Darren, Jaden and Sean leading the charge in property sales. In property management, Alisha and Raquel are now working alongside Kellie to deliver outstanding results for our clients, while Steph and Courtney keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Same values, fresh energy and systems

With Sean and Steph at the helm, PRD Coffs will continue to deliver the same high level of service, care, honesty and loyalty that his parents were known and loved for.

However, the couple will be reinvigorating these values with fresh energy and more convenient and efficient processes and systems, making buying, selling and renting homes even easier for our clients and customers.

This includes new, easy-to-use property management and payment systems, and a tenant and landlord portal. But, for those who prefer it, the team will still be here for good old-fashioned over-the-phone or in-person service.

For Sean and Steph, childhood sweethearts from John Paul College and parents to three growing kids (15, 13 and 10), PRD Coffs Harbour is about more than just a business – it’s home.

Both grew up here and come from large families with a long history of local business ownership. They know the streets, the schools, the favourite cafes and the hidden gems that make the region special.

Though they moved away from Coffs for 10 years for uni, work and travel, it’s where they’ve returned to build their family, where friends and neighbours are familiar faces, and where the local area has shaped their lives.

Sean and Steph are passionate about being active members of their community. From volunteering and supporting local sporting clubs to engaging with their children’s school, they’re committed to helping Coffs Harbour thrive.

For them, running PRD is part of contributing to a vibrant, connected and welcoming coastal city where families feel supported and everyone has the opportunity to find the right home.

Keeping the legacy alive – and thriving

Sean sees taking over PRD Coff as not just a business move, but an opportunity to honour the incredible legacy his parents, Damien and Kaye, built over more than three decades.

They worked tirelessly to establish the agency as a trusted and respected name in the local real estate market, setting a standard of service, integrity and community commitment that Sean and Steph are determined to keep alive.

From watching his parents in action, Sean learned the value of going the extra mile for clients, treating every property and every person with care and putting relationships first.

Running the business now is about doing justice to that hard work, carrying forward those values with renewed energy and passion, and making sure their legacy continues to benefit the people of Coffs Harbour for years to come.
