Kelli Bayliss

I joined the PRD team in January 2025, and it has truly been the best move of my real estate career so far. I absolutely love my role and feel incredibly fortunate to be a part of such a supportive and dynamic team.

Between being a wife, a mum to two wonderful kids, running my own small business, and being involved in our local sporting clubs, I’m also currently studying to become a qualified Property Manager. Life is busy—but I wouldn’t have it any other way! Our family moved from Queensland to Karratha with the intention of staying for just two years—but we quickly fell in love with the lifestyle and community, and now proudly call Karratha home. I truly believe it’s one of the best places to raise a family and enjoy everything the Pilbara region has to offer.

Throughout my working life, I’ve worn many hats, from being a Dental Assistant to working in the Education system, and even in the Building, Plumbing and HVAC sectors. These opportunities  have given me valuable experience that I now bring to my real estate career.

As a tenant and property owner, I can relate to tenants on their rental journey and will be here to support them. I also understand the demands of being a landlord. I pride myself in maintaining their investment, whilst delivering exceptional service, building lasting relationships, and contributing positively to both PRD and our local community.
