About Adele
Adele plays a key leadership role behind the scenes at PRD Bendigo and PRD Kyneton, overseeing daily operations and helping drive the continued growth of both offices. As Chief Operating Officer, she works closely with the team to ensure the business runs smoothly, the culture stays strong, and clients continue to receive the highest level of service.
Adele’s real estate journey began in 2011, when she joined PRD Bendigo as a receptionist after completing a course in Business Administration. With a natural interest in property and a strong desire to grow, she quickly progressed into property management and soon earned her place as the company’s Senior Property Manager.
Today, Adele brings a deep understanding of the industry to her operational role, combining hands-on experience with a calm, solutions-focused approach. She finds real satisfaction in mentoring the team, improving systems, and being part of a business that genuinely values people.
When she’s not at work, Adele enjoys quality time with family and friends and loves to travel when the opportunity arises.
