Megan Harris

Megan joined PRD’s parent company, Colliers in 2016 and is now National Director, Operations working alongside the Residential leadership team. Her role is to develop and execute the overarching business plan and drive national initiatives, ensuring the continued growth and success of the business.

An integral part of the business, working across Build To Sell, Build To Rent and Development Site Sales, Megan’s experience spans across business and people operations, and strategy execution. Since commencing, Megan has driven numerous industry-leading initiatives including the ‘Collection by Colliers’ showrooms and their expansion across Melbourne and Shanghai, as well as the establishment of Colliers Residential Build to Rent Platform.

Aside from driving business growth from a strategic level, Megan has shown her diversity of skills working with our leading project marketing team to execute the sales and marketing strategies across Melbourne's best Residential projects.
