Gemma arrived at PRD Real Estate Mildura in early 2024 as our Front-of-House Customer Care Officer, instantly brightening every client’s visit with her genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Her keen interest in how our property management team operates led her to spend extra hours alongside senior managers - soaking up the practical know-how of inspections, leasing protocols and maintenance logistics well before any formal study. After recently earning her Agents’ Representative qualification, Gemma has stepped into the role of Property Management Assistant with confidence and up-to-date industry insight. She anticipates potential hurdles for landlords and tenants alike, addresses queries with clarity and keeps our portfolio moving without a hitch. Her clients value both her hands-on experience and her thoughtful, proactive communication. Away from the office, you’ll find Gemma on the cricket pitch or umpiring a netball game - activities that sharpen her teamwork, fairness and leadership skills. A familiar face at local sports events and community fundraisers, she brings that same spirit of dedication and camaraderie back to PRD Mildura every day.
