Rachel began her career with PRD Real Estate Mildura in 2019 as our Customer Care Officer, providing the first welcoming impression to clients visiting our office. Her mature, professional, and friendly demeanor has consistently put clients at ease, ensuring their initial interaction is both comfortable and positive. Rachel has a genuine passion for the real estate industry, continuously seeking opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills to better serve clients and support her team. Through dedication and ongoing professional growth, Rachel transitioned into the role of Property and Administration Assistant - a position critical to supporting and enhancing the efficiency of our property management team. Her reliable and prompt communication has become invaluable, underpinning the day-to-day operations and contributing significantly to the seamless management of properties. A lifelong resident of Mildura, Rachel maintains strong community ties, actively participating in the South Mildura Football and Netball Club alongside her family, reinforcing her commitment to both professional excellence and community involvement.
