With more than eight years of experience in residential real estate, Ashley has worked alongside Principal & Licensee Gerald Adam for several years, playing a key role in the day-to-day operations of the business. From preparing contracts and coordinating administration to delivering high quality marketing campaigns, she helps ensure every property listing and client experience is managed with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Known for her calm approach, organisational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities, Ashley is the person the team relies on to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Her meticulous eye for detail, particularly when it comes to contracts and compliance, supports the delivery of exceptional service for buyers, sellers, landlords, and the wider PRD Southport team.

Having recently completed a Bachelor of Laws, Ashley brings a strong understanding of legal processes, professionalism, and problem solving to her role.
