I initially purchased this unit from Gerald as a buyer about 3 years ago and it was a very smooth and pleasant transaction. Naturally when it came to selling my place I thought to go with Gerald given my excellent experience when purchasing this thru him.

Excellent Agent

I talked to a few agents before I spoke to Gerald. Not many seemed willing to give me much time as I was only selling a 1 bedroom unit, in fact a couple of them made it seem as if they would be doing me a favour by letting them sell my property. As soon as i spoke to Gerald he spent 30mins on the phone with me answering all of my silly questions. He always gave me his full time and his approach to selling my property was first class.
