Working alongside Principal & Licensee Gerald Adam, she keeps the business running smoothly, supporting the team and ensuring clients receive the high level of service PRD Southport is known for across the Southport real estate and Gold Coast property market.

Jen's background in operations, compliance, and process improvement helps create efficient systems that support both the sales and property management teams. Her focus is on making sure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes so the team can concentrate on delivering great outcomes for buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.

Passionate about people and professional development, Jen oversees training, supports the team, and is always looking for ways to improve the way the business operates.
