With over 25 years of leadership and executive management experience across Australia and the UK, Karen's tasks go well beyond greeting guests and answering phones.
As with Karen's own consultancy business, she does everything with intention, care, and a genuine connection to people.
Karen's roots are in the student accommodation sector, where she spent over two decades growing with the industry from Executive Assistant to Area Manager – Australia for one of the world’s leading Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) providers.
Throughout her career, Karen has had the privilege of working across the UK and Australia, spanning from east coast to west coast where she mobilised, managed, and operated large-scale accommodation projects, delivering expert support across national and regional markets.
Already building strong connections to the local community, Karen proudly serves as Secretary for the Tumbarumba Sports Academy Inc, she cares deeply about contributing to the resilience and vibrancy of the region she now calls home!
