QLD Rent Price incereased by 43%
Rent prices have been soaring for the past three years. It has been observed that it has increased by as much as 43 per cent in Queensland.
Real Estate Institute of Queensland CEO Antonia Mercorella stated that 36 per cent of people living in Queensland were renters.
“While we acknowledge that we can’t just rely on the Federal Government to tackle housing affordability, we would expect that the public would support parties prepared to put politics aside and work together with all levels of government to develop a bipartisan plan to address housing affordability and better planning for our future housing needs.
