Madison began her real estate journey in 2013 and has since advanced through a wide range of roles including Receptionist, Property Manager, Business Administrator, and Business Development Manager. Her depth of experience has shaped her into a versatile and well-rounded professional. Since joining PRD Real Estate in 2014, she has been a driving force behind the growth and success of the Dapto office—experience she now channels into establishing and growing the Woonona-Bulli team.

In her dual capacity as Associate Director and HR Manager, Madison combines her extensive knowledge of residential sales and property management with a passion for building high-performing teams.
