He started and managed his own business for some 18 years which specialized in the sale of development sites and project marketing. He has been involved in 2 of the largest projects undertaken in the hills district, namely “Bella Vista”, the residential component of Norwest Business Park containing some 500 plus lots and also “Astoria Park”, Baulkham Hills containing some 200 plus lots. Both of these subdivisions were considered the largest of their time. He has specialized in project marketing and has been involved in the marketing and selling of a number of projects primarily in the hills district. Most of these projects have also been high rise developments and specialises in off the plan selling. . He comes with a wealth of knowledge in the property industry and an extensive knowledge of the Hills market.
