Tristan Esquilant

Tristan left school at 17 years of age with a burning desire to get into real estate. He was initially given an opportunity in a local agency working on reception then into permanent property management, holiday management, leasing and new investor management.

These roles gave Tristan a strong foundation and overall understanding of a real estate business which will be a strong knowledge base for him as he starts his new career with PRD Port Stephens.

Always eager to go into sales since he started his real estate career four years ago Tristan is excited to now work alongside our Principal and longest standing agent Dane Queenan.

Dane provides a premium service to his clients by having Tristan work as a full-time Buyer Manager within his team.. When engaging Dane's services his owners have Tristan committed to selling their property alongside Dane. With the understanding that you can’t just sit in the office and wait for the phone to ring Tristan's proactive approach means that they are in regular contact with all qualified buyers across Port Stephens and the chances are that they already have met the buyer for your property! As soon as your property is listed, Tristan immediately contacts all suitable buyers on our active database and works with them to match them to the perfect property.

Tristan is a born and bred local who even played for the Newcastle Jets showing he is a very committed young man with a desire to succeed. He enjoys camping and golfing in his time off.
