Sit on the deck of the main cottage and be mesmerised by the amazing ocean views with its ever-changing moods of blue and green. Watch the dolphins frolicking on the water surface and the seasonal whales passing by. Listen to the waves breaking on the secluded beach and rocks below. Smell the fresh salty sea air and watch the majestic Brahminy Kites soaring above as they circle the 1770 headland.
In the mornings sip on a coffee while you watch the sun rise before taking a 5-minute walk to the secluded beach for a swim. In the evenings at the BBQ watch the moon rise as it reflects its light across the ocean surface.
The Ocean View cottages are only 5 minutes' drive from the 1770 Marina where you can launch the boat and experience the amazing fishing that 1770 has to offer. Fish the estuary and set some crab pots or motor out to the bunker group of Islands and reef. And just beyond that fish the Ocean shelf.
The Ocean Cottages come with approximately 22000 litres of tank water. Town water is connected, however to date never been used. There is also connected town sewage.
For the creative there is potential to improve on this already neat and tidy property by adding your personal touch. For example, add another level or 2 to the rear cottage and admire the views towards Bustard Head (STCA) and spend early evening watching the spectacular sunsets over Bustard Bay.
