We would like to share our experience with the way Grant Rapley presented his expertise in real estate when we were looking to purchase a property at Agnes Water. Towards the end of last year we decided to look at moving to Agnes Water to be closer to our family. At that stage we signed a contract on our existing property in FNQ which was a lengthy one of many months. We searched daily on the internet for our future home. Grants name was given to us through a family member who had purchased their property from Grant, who by the way was very satisfied with his friendly approach and the way he conducted himself. Grant contacted us to see when we were available so I allocated a day to view properties in December on our visit to Agnes. We managed to see a lot of properties with PRD and other real estates. We left Agnes with a couple of properties in mind to dwell over. Time was quickly nearing our contract date and we still hadn’t found a suitable property. Again we searched the internet and saw our future dream home. As we had only visited Agnes we weren’t about to go back to view the property. Luckily I had organized family members to view the property with Grant. Well they had the same outcome as we had when we viewed it on the internet. Loved it and so we bought. Buying a property remotely is obviously quite stressful, but James White from PRD 1770, was extremely informative and went the extra mile in sending us photos and giving us beneficial advise on choosing the most suitable block,before we committed to purchasing.
