Celebrating 10 Years of PRD Albury-Wodonga
This December marks a significant milestone for our team at PRD Albury-Wodonga—10 years of proudly serving our local community. It’s a moment to pause, reflect, and celebrate a journey built on trust, dedication, and genuine connection.
Where It All Began
Our story began in 2015, when PRDnationwide Albury was established under the leadership of Graham Chapman, alongside Kate Stevens and Laura Shea. From the outset, the vision was clear: to deliver professional, reliable, people-first property services while remaining deeply connected to the Albury-Wodonga community.
Those early years laid the foundation for what would become a thriving and respected business—built not only on industry expertise, but on strong relationships and shared values.
Growth, Leadership and Legacy
In 2018, Matt Sharp and Kate Stevens joined Graham Chapman as Directors, marking an exciting new chapter in the business’s evolution. In the years that followed, Graham retired, leaving behind a remarkable legacy that continues to shape our culture and standards today.
Over the past decade, PRD Albury-Wodonga has experienced significant growth. We’ve celebrated milestones, navigated industry change, and faced challenges head-on—always with resilience, integrity, and our clients’ best interests at heart.
A Team and Community Effort
Our success over the past 10 years would not have been possible without the incredible people who have supported us along the way. To our clients, thank you for trusting us with your homes and investments. To our friends, family, and community partners, thank you for your ongoing encouragement and belief in what we do. And to our team—past and present—your dedication and professionalism are the backbone of PRD Albury-Wodonga.
Part of a National Network
PRD, which stands for Property, Research and Development, has grown into one of Australia’s real estate success stories and an acknowledged market leader. With 74 offices nationwide, PRD supports property buyers, sellers, renters and owners through meticulous research and more than 45 years of market knowledge.
In 2006, PRD was acquired by Colliers—one of the world’s largest real estate companies. Their leadership, experience and global reach ensure the PRD network continues to evolve with innovation, strength and confidence.
Regional Strength
Our journey has brought us not just colleagues, but many close friends. Our regional office zone is truly something special. The close-knit connections we share with our regional offices in Wagga, Tumbarumba, Tumut, Dapto and Bungendore mean no challenge is faced alone.
By openly sharing insights, market knowledge and solutions, we’re able to anticipate challenges, adapt quickly, and deliver informed, strategic and client-focused outcomes. This collaborative approach ensures every client—no matter their location—receives the same high standard of care, confidence and results that come from a truly connected regional network.
Thank you
From their early days as newcomers to their progression into directorship, Matt and Kate are deeply grateful for the unwavering support and guidance of Managing Director Todd Hadley, and National Franchise Director and Business Consultant David Coleman. Their friendship, leadership, genuine commitment and clear strategic direction have played a vital role in upholding high standards and fostering continuous improvement—not just in our Albury office, but across the entire PRD organisation.
Looking Ahead
As we reflect on this milestone, we do so with gratitude and optimism. While we’re proud of how far we’ve come, we’re even more excited about what lies ahead. We remain committed to delivering exceptional service, supporting our community, and continuing to grow alongside the people we serve.
Thank you for being part of our journey so far. Here’s to the next chapter—and many more years of serving Albury-Wodonga with pride.
