After the initial consultation with Darren to discuss our requirements for the property and the price we were seeking, the rest was easy and stress free. In no time the team had selected the perfect tenants that didn't miss a beat with rent payments.
Marlene is an experienced and qualified Property manager who was assigned to manage and take care of our property. We can only speak highly of Marlene and the professional service, care and courtesy she showed us; it was second to none. During the course of the lease Marlene kept us up to date with everything pertaining to our property including us receiving detailed regular property inspection reports. Whenever maintenance issues needed attending to Marlene was immediately onto it giving us the best possible advice and connecting us to suitable repairers and trades people.
