Yatin Sharma

Yatin grew up in Hobart and returned home to sell property in the city he knows best. In between, he trained in Melbourne, learning the business in one of the toughest property markets in the country, where an agent either outworks the one beside them or does not last long. He came back with those habits intact and no intention of losing them.

Selling a home is the largest financial decision most people make, and Yatin treats it that way. He is at the stage of his career where every client matters and every campaign is one he expects to be judged on, and that shows up in the small things. Calls returned the same hour. Feedback delivered honestly, even when it is not what a vendor hoped to hear. A marketing plan built properly before a property goes to market rather than patched together halfway through.

He would rather have the difficult conversation early than manage a disappointed vendor later, and he has the local knowledge to tell a seller what a property is genuinely worth rather than what they want to hear.

Away from work Yatin is a marathon runner, currently in training for his next. He finds the parallel a useful one. Both a marathon and a property campaign run longer than people expect, and both are decided by the work done on the days you would rather stay home.
