Ashlee Plowman

Born and raised in the Camden Haven, Ashlee is a familiar face to many locals. After graduating from Camden Haven High School, she relocated to Newcastle where she spent 12 years building her career in real estate while raising her young family.

She has now returned home with her husband and two children to enjoy the lifestyle and close-knit community they are proud to call home.

Ashlee began her real estate career in 2011 and has developed extensive industry knowledge through a variety of roles, including reception, property management administration, marketing, sales administration, operations, trust accounting and compliance. Her broad experience provides a strong foundation for the important role she now holds at PRD Laurieton.

As our Trust Accounting & Compliance Officer, Ashlee is responsible for overseeing trust accounting, supervision guidelines, compliance, and the implementation and ongoing management of the office's policies and procedures. She will also be leading the management of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance framework.

As a passionate local, Ashlee has always enjoyed being involved in the community. Growing up, she played tennis at Kendall Tennis Club, netball with Camden Haven Netball Club, and touch football with both Kendall Touch and Camden Haven Touch Football.

Ashlee is delighted to be back in the Camden Haven and is proud to be part of the PRD Laurieton team. She is committed to supporting the business behind the scenes and helping ensure every client receives a professional, seamless real estate experience.
