About Kylie
After spending most of her life in Sydney and over 10 years renovating and selling property on the Northern Beaches, Kylie was ready for a change of pace. A family holiday to Bonny Hills in 2019 turned out to be life-changing — drawn to the relaxed lifestyle and stunning coastline, Kylie and her young family made the move to the Mid North Coast in 2020.
Kylie is now a proud local who loves the outdoors and making the most of everything the region has to offer, from coastal walks to day trips exploring nearby towns and riding bikes and spending time outdoors with her young son.
With a background in Marketing and Administration across the Photographic and Aged Care industries, Kylie has always been drawn to real estate. She completed her Certificate IV and became a Licensed Real Estate Agent, gaining experience in sales for over-55s lifestyle resorts and holiday rentals.
In January 2025, Kylie joined the PRD Laurieton team in a Sales Support role, bringing her warmth, professionalism, and strong local knowledge to the team.
