Property Frenzy Terms and Conditions
By entering the PRD Laurieton Property Frenzy competition, you acknowledge and agree that:
1. The promoter of this competition is LANDSMITHS PTY. LIMITED (ABN 13073956528, 68 Bold Street, Laurieton NSW 2443 (‘Promoter’).
2. Entry is only open to residents located in Australia who are aged 18 years or over.
3. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families, participating suppliers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family includes a spouse, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. The promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the promoter’s sole discretion. Failure by the promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. If an entrant enters the competition more than once, only the first entry by the entrant will be valid for the purposes of determining the winner of the competition.
6. Entries open on the 21st June 2021 and close at 11:59pm EST on the 31st July 2021 (‘Promotion Period’).
7. To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
• Be the owner of a property, that is appraised with a licensed real estate agent from PRD Laurieton.
• Appraisal must take place within the Promotion Period.
• Provide their full name, contact number and valid email address.
‘Appraisal’ is the valuation or an approximation of value by impartial, properly qualified persons.
‘Property Owner’ is the person(s) that own the house or land that is appraised by a PRD licensed agent.
8. There will be three (3) winners chosen in total.
9. The winners will be drawn at random by the Promoter from all valid entries received.
10. The winners will be drawn on the 2nd August 2021.
11. The Promoter will notify the winners via the contact number and email address the Entrant has provided to notify them.
12. If for any reason a prize is not claimed by 16th August 2021, or the Promoter is unable to contact a winner, the Promoter may re-draw a winner from the remaining valid entries.
13. The winner will win the following prize: 1st Prize, 1 Winner = 1 x $200 local dining voucher. 2nd Prize, 1 Winner = 1 x $200 local dining voucher 3rd Prize, 1 Winner = 1 x $100 local dining voucher.
14. Where the prize is unavailable for any reasons, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute or change the prize with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value.
15. Any and all costs associated with accessing the promotional website and/or email address or with redeeming the prize is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
16. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or death, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a user or entrant; (f) the acceptance or use of a prize; (g) any act or omission of the Promoter or its associated agencies or (h) any other reason arising in any way out of or in connection with the competition.
17. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion is governed by the Promoter’s Privacy Policy found at https://www.prd.com.au/privacy-terms-conditions/
18. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use information provided by entrants for promotional, marketing, research, profiling and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the competition and opting in at the point of entry into the competition, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant’s personal information in this way.
19. Vouchers have been
purchased by PRD Laurieton at face value and have not been donated.
