In order to help us better serve you, we’d appreciate you letting us know of any changes to your contact details as well as advise us of any other relevant information, such as insurance policies and their expiry dates so we can help remind you when your insurance is due.
Don’t forget we’re also happy to take care of any related expenses, including maintenance invoices, insurance premiums or council rates, from your rental income, making paperwork much easier come tax time.
We’re also happy to help with recommendations on how to improve your rental property to find and keep the best tenants.
