Auction - Homes for Relocation

PRD Northern Rivers is proud to be appointed by the NSW Reconstruction Authority (RA) to manage the sale of homes acquired through the Resilient Homes Program.

Each of the 20 homes will be sold at a public auction, held on the 16th and 17th of June in Lismore (venue TBC).

At the auction, those who have registered will be able to bid for the homes. The winning bidders will enter a contract with RA for the purchase of a home. This will include paying a deposit and agreeing to meet the conditions set out in the sale contract.

There will be two opportunities to inspect each home prior to the auction (28th and 29th of May, and the 11th and 12th of June), and a copy of the contract as well as each property's hygiene report will be available before the auction.
