Relocatable Homes
PRD Northern Rivers is proud to be appointed by the NSW Reconstruction Authority (RA) to manage the sale of homes acquired through the Resilient Homes Program.
Each of the 20 homes will be sold at a public auction, at a date and venue to be confirmed. At the auction, those who have registered will be able to bid for the homes. The winning bidders will enter a contract with RA for the purchase of a home. This will include paying a deposit and agreeing to meet the conditions set out in the sale contract.
There will be two opportunities to inspect each home prior to the auction, and a copy of the contract as well as each property's hygiene report will be available before the auction.
Buyers will have up to 12 months to relocate the home from RA's land. Homes can only be moved to sites that are outside of the Priority 1, 2 & 3 level areas according to the Northern Rivers Flood Prioritisation Mapping.
