Arielle Warner is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Property Management Associate at PRD Port Stephens, supporting the management of residential investment properties throughout the Port Stephens region.

Working within one of Port Stephens' established property management departments, Arielle supports Property Managers across the administration, communication and day-to-day requirements involved in professionally managing residential investment properties.

Rather than relying on an individual Property Manager to manage every aspect of a portfolio alone, PRD provides dedicated support across property management, leasing, administration and new business — helping our Property Managers spend more time communicating with landlords and tenants and actively managing their properties.

As a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Arielle combines formal industry qualifications with practical experience gained working within a large property management department. She continues to build her knowledge across residential property management, landlord and tenant communication, property administration and the systems and processes required to successfully manage investment properties.

Arielle works as part of the team managing investment properties throughout Nelson Bay, Salamander Bay, Corlette, Shoal Bay, Soldiers Point, Anna Bay and the wider Port Stephens region.
