EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MANAGER

Imagine managing a portfolio of approximately 100 residential properties without also juggling leasing, routine inspections, trust accounting and new business.
We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our established and highly supported Port Stephens team.

- Approximately 100 properties
- 2 full-time Leasing Consultants
- A full-time Routine Inspection Manager
- Dedicated Trust Accounting and New Business support

The role
You’ll take ownership of your portfolio, including landlord and tenant communication, maintenance, arrears, lease renewals, rent reviews, outgoing inspections, bond matters and tenancy issues.
We’re looking for someone with previous residential Property Management experience who is organised, communicates exceptionally well and enjoys building strong client relationships.
Flexibility that actually works
For the right experienced candidate, we’re open to discussing full time, a 4 day working week, reduced hours or permanent part-time.
We’d rather have a conversation about what works for you than rule out a great Property Manager because of the hours you’re looking for.
