PRD Port Stephens office named one of Australia’s best

PRD Port Stephens has been named as one of Australia’s leading real estate sales offices in a national list of top-performing real estate brands, securing them a position in the Real Estate Business (REB) Top 50 Sales Offices 2019 ranking.

The list ranks real estate sales offices across Australia according to a three metrics: the number of properties sold, the total dollar volume of properties sold and an efficiency rating determined by the ratio of sales to support staff.  

The REB Top 50 Sales Offices 2019 ranking is an initiative of leading industry resource Real Estate Business, which is produced by award-winning media business Momentum Media.

REB editor Tim Neary said that there were some surprises in this year’s ranking, and that stats reveal a host of interesting new trends emerging across the most active markets in the country. 

Mr Neary said that the ranking this year produced an overwhelming response, and that it attracted the interest of the country’s very best sales offices.

“It is the foremost ranking of sales offices in Australia,” Mr Neary said. 

“Those who make the list are held in the highest esteem, even by their local rival offices.

“It tells of a group of elite sales offices separating themselves from the pack in the face of some seriously challenging headwinds.”

The data collected for the REB Top 50 Sales Offices 2019 was verified by a senior member of the agency or network, or the office’s accountant.
