Justin Johnson is the Director of PRD Robina and brings extensive experience across the real estate, tourism, and hospitality sectors. Having developed and operated resorts and hotels both on the Gold Coast and internationally, Justin blends business expertise with a deep understanding of property, people, and lifestyle.

With a background in environmental science, Justin is passionate about integrating sustainability and community values into commercially successful strategies — a philosophy that continues to guide PRD Robina’s approach today.

Beyond real estate, Justin is actively involved in the local community and proudly coaches women’s AFL, where he’s known for his leadership and dedication to growing the game.

An avid sailor, Justin also enjoys spending time on the water. In 2025, he captained a yacht that achieved an overall win in the GCCM Gold Coast to Mackay Yacht Race.
